SAL Sunday -2018, 21st October.

Sorry I am a little late in posting this update today.  Since I last spoke with you I have been spending some unexpected time in Derby Royal Hospital, thankfully I am now feeling much better but with lots of enforced rest my stitching has benefitted.  Last time you saw the edge on the right side of my Garden Alphabet it looked like this :-  right side from Jan 2018

and now it looks like is :-   DSCF6403Yes I got right to the bottom corner.  This means I can go back and maybe do a couple more flowers before  I need to start and work across the bottom section.  So I feel a great sense of achievement this time round.

Please take some time and visit the others in the group, they are well worth a visit as we are all working on different projects and there is something for everyones taste in there.

Avis, Claire, Gun, Carole, LucyAnn, Kate, Jess, Sue, Constanze, Debbierose, Christina, Kathy, Margaret, Cindy, Helen, Steph, Linda, Heidi, Jackie, Sunny, Hayley, Tony, Megan, Catherine, Deborah, Connie, Clare

I will not be here for the next SAL as we will be, hopefully, enjoying some sunshine on holiday, so to my SAL friends I will see you again in 6 weeks.  Though hopefully there will be more posts before then if you follow my blog outside on the SAL group.

Bye for now

About stitchingranny

I am one of those people who need to have busy hands so whether its stitching or papercrafting, I am always doing something. I also love being in the garden, though hubby does most of the work there these days.

I’m sorry your rest had to be part hospital and part enforced, but it was indeed good medicine for your stitching! How exciting to turn the corner! I hope your recovery is swift and the holiday goes ahead as originally planned. That little squirrel is a cutie! XXOO
