SAL SUNDAY – #9 Wildlife of the Hedgerow.

Not a lot done this time. I stitched occasionally in the morning while on holiday in Wales but I didn’t have much time for stitching as we were out and about too much. Since getting home last weekend I have not even looked at it. However there is progress and under the circumstances I am pleased with it.

This was last time.

and here is where I am now at.

I finished the last block and have done (apart from 3 stitches to finish!) 6 rows at the top of the next small block plus a few other odd stitches.

Thanks to Avis this very different SAL where we are all working on completely different projects. It is a great success, so why not pop and see what the others are up to. I also wish to welcome Cindy back into the group after a short break.

We had a lovely holiday in Wales and here is a picture of Gina and myself, I am standing in England and Gina is sitting in Wales.

and this was the wonderful cottage we stayed in.

Last time I was unable to visit any of the other members but I am hoping I will get to visit them all this time.

Hugs to all

About stitchingranny

I am one of those people who need to have busy hands so whether its stitching or papercrafting, I am always doing something. I also love being in the garden, though hubby does most of the work there these days.

I’m jealous of your Welsh holiday! My in-laws live just outside of Llandudno but with COVID we haven’t been able to visit for a few years. That squirrel is adorable, and such tidy stitching!
