Good morning folks, I am afraid time has flown away from me and I haven’t even posted since the last SAL Sunday (how did that happen). We were away last week and I had completely forgotten that I needed to post on Sunday morning so I am running late again. The good news is that Y for Yarrow actually got finished before I went away, and though I took just a small project away with me I am now all set to restart on Garden Alphabet later today. However I am going to take a little break again after a week and finish the afore mentioned small project, as I have found having a little break away from it has helped by making me feel more enthusiastic when I return to it. So here is Y for Yarrow
Please take a break and visit the others in this SAL. As we are all working on different projects there are lots of lovely things to look at and if you would like to join us then contact Avis (first name in the list below).
Avis, Claire, Gun, Carole, Sue, Constanze, Debbierose, Christina, Kathy, Margaret, Cindy, Linda, Heidi, Jackie, Sunny, Hayley, Megan, Catherine, Deborah, Connie, Clare, Mary Margaret, Renee, Jenny, Carmela, Jocelyn, Sharon
Thank you for visiting and I promise I will try to have another post soon.
Hugs
This must be looking rather fabulous by now with all the letters you’ve finished. Well done!

Yes it is but I am working on the lower right bother at the moment. As the bottom of the Y divides the lower border I thought it was a good idea to get at least half of it out of the way, before tackling more fun bits.

You still have a good wait to go. Apart from the last letter there is still border and some infill bits to be done before the big reveal.

Beautiful. You’re right sometimes it’s good to take a break and work on something else. Can’t wait to see what the other project is.

Its just one in a set of tiny samplers that were from Dinky Dies – one for each season. They are fairly small as each can also be turned into a needleroll.

Beautiful and a great idea to have a side project to keep from getting bored with the same thing. Hope you had a lovely holiday xx
