Hello my crafty friends, thank you for once again visiting me. Today I have four cards and some stitching to share with you. Firstly this is a card I made for my friend Linda, she had an operation on her wrist recently and has been in a lot of pain.
Now for the Happy in my post title. I got home from shopping a week or so ago and found a little package through my door. It was a lovely surprise “happy post” from my friend Pat. She sent me these lovely toppers and some pretty embellishments for my card making. 
I could not wait to play and here are the first three cards I made with them. I actually made 4 but one of them is for someone who reads my blog on a regular basis so I cannot share that with you yet.
The hardanger is the next bit I have done on my little Hardanger SAL piece. I took the plunge and decided I would go with the multi thread and I chose a Dragon Pearls perle #8 in a shade called Fairy Footprints. Having done all the eyelets with it I think I have enough left to do the stars in the corner so please keep your fingers crossed for me as I do not think I can get this thread anymore.
Its the SAL Sunday this week so I shall see you then with what little I have stitched on the Garden Alphabet since the last time it was seen.
