…. ” I want to break free “.
I thought that I needed to post on a regular basis once a week and so created Wonderful Wednesday. However it is not working out for me. I chose the day because it is usually the one day in the week I try to keep free for my crafting. Alas I had not realised that it was also the time I could completely lose myself to my crafting and not have to think of anything else. So although I tried to commit to posting I kept forgetting. I also found that I was having to think about what I wanted to tell and share with you, so didn’t feel that it was coming naturally, sort of more like writing a news column rather than chatting with friends. Therefore I am just going back to my haphazard way of posting when the mood takes me and when I have things to share. This could mean I post daily or just once in a month, but will mean I can once again enjoy my blog and not think of it as a task which must be done.
So this is just because I want to share, with my crafty friends out there in blogland. Today I treated myself to a wonderful set of Christmas stamps for a grand price of £5.99 and just look; they had a free magazine with them too. I haven’t used them yet but they are certainly for the most part, really decent sized stamps.
Over at MOCCEWT the monthly sketch challenge was this one. So I set out to make a card and really liked how it turned out, so ended up making a few in the similar style. This is the first one which is a 7 x 7 inch card.
The others I made are 6 x 6 inch.
Hope you like what I shared with you
Hugs
more gorgeous cards, especially the one with the donkeys ^^
I totally agree, blogging should be fun, not a bind, so if your weekly Wednesday posts aren’t working for you, forget them. OR you could simply Schedule them in advance, when you do feel like writing and sharing lol.
