… I hear you all saying. Yes, I’m afraid I missed my post yesterday, I am blaming it on the unaccustomed sunshine we are having.
Not much achieved for you to miss but this was last time it was shown and here it is now
I know any progress is good progress but I really do need to find my mojo again as I really want to get this one finished.
Do catch up with everyone else and if you would like to join us then please contact Avis who is the first link.
Hugs

very pretty. Maybe you could set yourself the task of stitching one letter for each update?

That was the intention Claire and so far I have managed pretty well, but at the moment I just seem to be struggling with the stitching. I moved on to K Dolls to see if that would motivate me but despite being so close the the half way line I am still having a struggle with that one two. At least the group is keeping me focused enough to keep doing a little.

How about for every card session, you follow with 15 minutes of stitching until the momentum grabs you again? Or maybe 30 minutes each day? I know someone doing that with a rug project, and she has gone from half to 3/4 done in the last two months. I love this alphabet too, it is so pretty!

Lol I do keep trying. As I am not normally a knitter, but I am enjoying my shawl at the moment I think the stitching will do better once that is done and dusted.

Very pretty. I often do cross-stitch in small 5-10 minute slots, they all add up!

A great idea, maybe 5 to 10 mins a day will ease me back and my mojo will return. I shall try it.

So pretty, and there’s definite progress. Keep at it, it’ll get there eventually 🙂

lol as I am always saying to others “any progress is good progress and less to do next time”, so yes I am sure i will get there and the encouragement from the group is a massive help too.

Every stitch counts. Just keep going. It’s so pretty!

I say that too Avis. If it were not for the group and the encouragement everyone gives, then I think I would have given up, but I will stick with it.

This is so pretty! Even a few stitches is progress. Sometimes life gets so busy I have to settle for just 5 minutes or so … but it does add up!

Thanks for your support Sunny. I am just struggling with loss of mojo at the moment but I have gone through this before and the group is so good and so supportive that I felt (and still feel) that to give up would be to let them down, so i will keep plodding along.

Thank you very much Tony, I often worry about my photographic skills so it means a lot. Also the group is quite large and so it takes me a few days usually to get through all the posts and comment on each one.

I can definitely see progress. Looks beautiful! I get frustrated sometimes with my larger projects but if I find a new project I want to work on it usually motivates me to get the current one finished real quick haha!

Unfortunately, despite a large storage box of projects I want to do, and which are mainly knitted up ready, I am just not feeling the motivation at the moment.
